Fighting 498A - Misuse of Section 498A IPC has rampaged many lives. Keeping Right Approach towards the Section 498A IPC complaint/F.I.R can save your money and time both. Many of the victims don't know the way and lack of right direction leads their life to living hell. 

Following the E-BOOK Fighting 498A- The Right Approach and submission of, to the point written statements followed by complaints and RTI's to the concerned stake holders, one of our MRA succeeded in acquittal of his parents and brother on the first step of Section 498A IPC complaint from his wife i.e at the stage of Preliminary Inquiry. His wife filed a complaint to the Police authority alleging of demanding more dowry in the form of 2 lakhs and bigger car. The Police chief put the complaint on Preliminary Inquiry by the senior official. During Inquiry of the complaint several meetings were held and the Husband was blackmailed to pay a lump sum amount to settle the matter or to take the wife with him otherwise an F.I.R will be registered against him and his parents and his brother. Besides Supreme Courts & various High Courts Judgement the Police authorities don't scrutinize the complaints thoroughly before registering the F.I.R and the F.I.R on Section 498A IPC complaint should not be registered in a routine manner and further it is directed to police officers not to arrest when a case is registered under Section 498A IPC and to avail the procedure of Section 41A Cr.P.C.
